CS - GXP Banned why?

I get banned from 1.6 Gunxp server.My ping is good less than 100 ping and I didnt use cheat.I love this server pls unbann me.FTS banned me Pow??d Bana wrzuc screeny na Pochylnia.pl ,but I dont use cheat.

I dont know how I have fast high ping.I play this server 1 month ago.Yesterday my brother use my Internet with wireless Laptop.I think when I play he download something and I got high ping.If u unbann me I will solve this probleme and play when I have little ping.
